Prayer
You don’t need special words. Just talk to Him—honestly.
Thank Him. Ask for help. Be real.
If you’re not sure where to start, Jesus gave us a simple example in Matthew 6:9–13. The Lord’s Prayer is a simple model Jesus gave for how to talk to God—honoring Him, trusting Him, and asking for what we need.
The Lord’s Prayer
Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be your name.
Your kingdom come, your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For Yours is the kingdom,
the power, and the glory forever.
Amen.
